Location was excellent. The staff were helpful and took care of every request.
Negatives:
There are two pools on opposite ends of the property. One heated, one never heated. One jacuzzi that worked but shut off and on. Those items are important for those on vacation. I was there 2 weeks. The second pool should have heater repaired..it seems more of a conscious decision than a maintenance issue.
The restaurant menu should have specials or change. There was no pool service for drinks or food. The hotel is giving up revenue by not doing this. Other guests complained to me about this.

The grounds and pool area were nice. However, one of the pools and one of the hot tubs did not work as well as the fire tables/pits.
Negatives:
Our initial room had a terrible smoke odor and also had a crib in it. We had to pay for an upgraded room to move. The Starbucks was nice but wish it was open longer or at least the drink and snack section.
