My colleague left her keys in her hotel room and did not realize it until she was already at her gate at the airport. Embassy Suites kindly mailed those to her free of charge. They had excellent customer service.

My experience at breakfast was delightful and was met with excellent service. We had the pleasure to meet the Manager on staff which was a wonderful touch to our stay.
Negatives:
The smell of the room was stale and moldy, which I did complain about. There was to be a $25 plus Tax taken off of the bill have not seen it as of yet.
