Between Friday, Dec 1st, 2023 at midnight and Saturday, Dec 2nd, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in Phoenix), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Saturday, Dec 2nd, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in Phoenix), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 2, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: It was within a few miles of where I was working

Negatives: I did not care for the young man at the front desk in the evening. Very rude. I asked for an extra blanket and was told. I am busy and do not have time for you and your requests. He was playing on his phone. The people in the room next to my room fighting all night,throwing things against the wall and yelling loudly. Nigh people at Front desk did not care.

Positives: Nothing. I couldnt stay there after being cancelled without any notice

Negatives: My reservation was cancelled due to a "No Show" clause even though I paid in full (Yes, I have credit card statements proving this). The desk clerk was nonchalant and rude toward me when the situation indicated I would not be staying at the hotel, even after I showed proof I already paid for the room. Booking.com's remedy for the situation to pay a "No Show fee" (Why would I pay twice for services that were never given in the first place?). To this day, Booking.com is still holding my full amount of money hostage until I agree to be fleeced $100+ for that "No Show fee" for services never rendered.
