Between Saturday, Dec 9th, 2023 at midnight and Sunday, Dec 10th, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in Phoenix), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Sunday, Dec 10th, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in Phoenix), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 10, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night's charge (Hotel policy).

Positives: Staff nice and helpful

Negatives: Rooms dated and cramped. No Ice machine for guests. You could make ice cubes but that does y help much of you wanted ice upon check in. Breakfast was a joke. Out of coffee. Everything processed. No doors on kitchen sink area. No light over stove.

Negatives: “Smoke free room” yet smells like someone constantly smoking a pack in the room. Sheets were stained with blood, snot, and stained. Shower was extremely dirty Sink was definitely not cleaned Who would stay at this place??

Positives: The location is great, very near to the old town Scottdale. We saw many things to see around the property.

Negatives: - The TV did not work as it shows on the screen. I don't mind to wait for the TV to load the data but the instructions to use the TV does not follow at all! - The kitchenware is not compete for 2 persons.
