We were not aware of any breakfast being available. That question is actually surprising.
Negatives:
We might have heard less traffic noise if we stayed in one of rooms on the inside corridor, and if the door flashing was not damaged. Cars speeding down the busy street were a bit much. However, the room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Small roaches all over bathroom, vents hanging out of ceiling, Stained sheets, busted tv remote, dead bolt broken off door, pillows felt old and cheap. Guests screaming and fighting next door, sounded like someone was having a meltdown. Got out of the hotel as quick as I could the next morning. $160 for 1 night, extremely overpriced.

We had spent a week in Sedona and then had some business in Scottsdale so we needed a place just for the last night before flying out of Phoenix, so we didn’t want to spend a lot.
We chose this place because it was Old Town-adjacent, and that was its only appeal.
But seriously, $226.00 for a room that had the look of a $49.00 room you’d see advertised on a Highway billboard????
I was told by management that all of the rooms are slated for renovations. Well, obviously they hadn’t gotten to ours yet!
Without going into all of the details, suffice it to say that on a 0-10, I’d rate this property-1.
