Negatives: The beds weren’t comfortable and not everything is up to date

Negatives: When I checked in, I was by myself. The clerk either didn't check my reservation completely or didn't pay attention to the room she gave me. My reservation was for 2 adults and 2 kids. I reserved a room with 2 queens. We had somewhere to be, so I just checked so we wouldn't have to when we came back for the night. We didn't go to the room until we got back around 11:30 at night. When we walked into the room, there was only 1 bed.

Negatives: I would say Breakfast

Negatives: Breakfast was seriously lacking. Coffee was terrible with only artificial creamer as an option. Breakfast consisted of packets of oatmeal, granola bars and frightening looking muffins. Also the dishes supplied for the kitchen were dirty.

Negatives: Everything

Negatives: Two night stands instead of just one and two chairs instead of just one.

Negatives: The kitchen had nothing to use in it you had to request it from the front desk. The room was extremely cold, and we’re not any extra pillows or blankets to use. The refrigerator made a noise in the middle. The night kept me awake most of the night. Also, we were on the first floor and the people on the upper floors were extremely noisy.

Negatives: This was advertised as breakfast, in fact it was a granola bar and cup of coffee. The staff was never at the desk, when we went looking for them they were outside smoking. The pool was freezing and the hot tub was broken the entire time we were there. There wasn’t an ice machine.

Negatives: I have booked a room with two 2 full beds. During the check-in, they gave us a room with one bed without saying anything. I have to show them my booking confirmation. Then they explained that there were no available two beds. Later I checked the booking.com website, and the room with two beds still had one left. Is it the system or something else?? The front desk clerk's job is to explain there is no more room when I check in not until I already check in. I have to pay for the double room money just for a single room. I said the refund things to the lady and she stopped for a minute. Then the man next to her explains something about the system and its price. There are no refunds or any apologies from them. When I got to my room, the room had the worst smell. It's the smell of the unclean room. I then requested to switch to another room. Then they said they only had one single room left. I switch to the new room. They smell better. But the main door is hard to open. The restroom door is broken. The breakfast is just a grab-and-go-and-go with a nuts bar, muffins, tea, and coffee. I don't usually write reviews, but this hotel experience makes me write. I hope the hotel fixes all of the mistakes and wish you all the best for the upcoming customers.
