Between Thursday, Apr 25th, 2024 at midnight and Friday, Apr 26th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Phoenix), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, Apr 26th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Phoenix), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 26, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night's charge (Hotel policy).

Negatives: just about everything:breakfast coffe and muffin only! room dirty! shower left the bathroom floor flooded and we had only the towels provided and when I asked for replacment towels they couldn't or wouldn't help with that and there was no room cleaning e

Positives: Comfortable bed though it was squeaky.

Negatives: Room not fully cleaned when I was given access to it (toilet bowl was disgusting) and they nearly did not clean it. Hottub was cold and dirty. Pull out bed was unusable. Staff was rarely at the desk. Key cards were inactivated halfway through my stay.
