Positives: The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and lots of pillow options. I was able to get a lot of work done because the space was comfortable and quiet. The wifi worked well, and the breakfast was basic but consistently good, with lots of options.

Negatives: Honestly there's nothing that I felt was amiss; I had some noisy neighbors one night but they stopped before I went to bed.

Positives: Staff were very accommodating. Had difficulty getting Wi Fi hooked up and desk staff tried and couldn't get it working so they got their IT team to do it no problem. They were super friendly with everything. The price was exceptional and when I mentioned this to friends staying at the Hilton for the same conference, they we all saying " I wish I had known". So I did lots of advertising for Sonesta. Was able to check in at 8:30 am and also take advantage of breakfast.
