Facilities were well used but clean. Good location in north scottsdale. Price was very good.

It was loud. Adjoining neighbors were up late and loud noises in the hallway at 2 am. Not a restful night.

Having your own kitchenette was very nice and close to the freeway was very convenient.

Mold in the hotel room above shower and next to bathroom sink. The “fitness center” is a joke. It’s a treadmill next to an elliptical and a single dumbbell. A max of two people can workout in there.. it’s the size of a shoebox. A lot of rough people moving into this area of Scottsdale unfortunately. It’s definitely not the area it used to be. Sketchy people staying on property and drinking as well.

This is an extended stay hotel in a convenient location close to a lot of restaurants and shopping.
Negatives:
This is an extended stay hotel so there is no housekeeping available unless there for more than 7 nights. They also charge $5 per night for parking. I was with a group and others rooms were fine but in my room the air conditioner was leaking and carpet was wet. They were full and could not change rooms but they did send someone to extract the water and deodorized to help with musty smell.

Quiet even though they were having their roof replaced, they kept it clean. The pool was still open. The workers were very courteous. I was quite impressed.
Negatives:
I am a dog mom it would be nice to have a section of the property fenced off just for the dogs so that you could take them off their leash. Many dogs won’t go and do their morning things with a leash on.
