Positives:
The best description I can share based on my few days stay is “A classy and relaxing escape”. I absolutely appreciated the hospitality received from Jay, Whitney, Derrick, Patrick and Jonathan. The staff understands hospitality. Out of a rate of 1 to 10, I give them 11.
The room was spacious and the beds are comfortable. I loved the large patio. I was able to sit and breath.
The continental breakfast assortment was the best I’ve ever experienced; fresh, healthy and delicious. They offered all types of coffee creams and milks, which accommodated your individual choice.
The hotel is connected with another whereby my friend and I were able to enjoy the bar at the pool and had several pool options to set our feet in. The flare of Arizona was prevalent from the trails overlooking the border of Scottsdale and Phoenix. I loved the landscape as well. I wish I had time to take a bike ride around the property as it’s complimentary.
Thanks again Jay and Whitney. I’ll never forget my stay.
Negatives:
I needed instructions to operate the coffee pot. Also, the toiletry was insufficient. There should’ve been one set for the shower one to two sets on the bathroom counter.
