I would call the hotel directly. Booking through here would have been a nightmare if they didn't help me reschedule a room I just booked. So call the hotel yourself and book through them is my suggestion, because if something goes wrong the hotel staff can't help because it was bought through booking. So it just makes sense. Plus I couldn't get a hold of anyone from this site and was told the hotel didn't approve my change of date when I called them and they did it themselves. So if you want a headache book using a third party. If you want true service book directly through the hotel the staff was AMAZINGLY HELPFUL.

The property is centrally located in the Uptown district. The breakfast is simple but has something for everyone. There is town view which is OK, but try to get the scenic view.
Negatives:
We had to ask several times for towels and trash service. 4 night stay and never got housekeeping service which was a big disappointment.
