Negatives: the staff was HORRIBLE! rude and unprofessional. my phone got stolen in the front lobby!!!!!

Negatives: My room was very close to the lobby. Lots of noise and loud talking at all times of thd night. Slamming doors, loins arguments at 3am. Staff speaking into cell phones loudly at 6am and other times.
Unpleasant but survivable.
Positives: I got to the property and had to wait outside for 15 minutes before they let me in. Said I didn’t have a reservation .it took forever and the room smelled like smoke. I didn’t like anything

Positives: it was ok grab n go
Negatives: the pool was dirty and down. I actually stayed 3 nights but the 3rd was a add on. I was told the card i was using was no longer accepted even though I used that same card the first 2 nights. I was very upset and went to get my things together the GM decided to accept my card this one last time but will not in the future. happy i didn't have to rush out and miss my very important appointment with housing. But I probley won't return there again due to not accepting bluebird by american express. Plus i signed up for perks in 2020 stayed for a week and never got any free nights. was looking forward to usuing the pool but no one to clean it.
