Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The fact that booking.com has been trying to reach out to you in regards to my refund. However every time they call they are not able to get through. Through this day it says I was a no-show when in fact I was a show however there was no pet availability for my stay. So I had to leave and not stay what was booked through booking.com.

The bed was comfortable. Shades were dark.
Negatives:
Breakfast was a small muffin. Got last one for the two of us at 8AM. Coffee was out. A real DIYer. Bath outlet didn't work - reset button cracked. No sink stopper. Kitchen sink blasts air at first use. Had to tighten toilet seat bolts so I didn't slide off. This was the second room as the first room had goo on the carpet and a missing cabinet front. No luggage rack. The pool was unusable as it was dirty.
