It's kind of dumpy. A lot of really loud motorcycle people frequent this hotel. Loud bike noises all night. Smoke smell in halls.

The room was clean and sheets were clean. The bath water did NOT drain from the start. That needs to be addressed.

Tub did not drain. And I had to pay an extra $25 to check in early. Rooms were available so I don't see the fee should have been added.

Sounds isolation between rooms more or less good , large room and location, although near road and construction works
Negatives:
Very dusty and stinky because of pets friendly status , old tv set and mattresses on the beds are awfull. An additional security deposit of 75$ which is not refunded till now. Road Constructions works were disturbing right on the fence
