Negatives: When we arrived the staff behind the counter were looking after a dog (not sure who owned it) that didn’t stop barking the whole time we were waiting to check in (about 15 minutes). Very friendly staff members and they looked to maybe be understaffed. They did a good job for how chaotic is was with people everywhere trying to check in and a dog barking non stop. also, our booking was for 3 people and there were only 2 towels

Positives: We used "Bookings" to book the room and it was easy. When we arrived, there were no rooms for us so other rooms were made available. Since we did not use the Bookings confirmation, we had to pay again. (Bookings had taken the payment for the rooms on May 10th.) We had to get our Visa company involved to recover the cost of the two rooms. It was hot in the afternoon so the pool was a big plus.

Negatives: No breakfast, location was not great (Food, shopping, activities were not close). Reservation was not available. Other rooms had to be located. Guests below us were drinking and loud in the parking lot until midnight. This was annoying because we had an early flight the next morning and needed the sleep! Bed sheets in one of the rooms were dirty!
