Negatives: Very bad treatment, we asked to fix the air conditioner and they said you can stay tonight and we will refund your money tomorrow and when tomorrow came, they kicked us out and called the police and they did not refund our money and they did not refund the insurance money either

Negatives: Property was nice…people very gracious & friendly…our room was quite a large suite…so it had everything we needed!

Negatives: Small things need repair and deep cleaning. Lots of trash outside our room from homeless people?

Negatives: I have stayed at several Sonesta hotels and have always had a good experience. However for some reason this particular location has ignored my requests for a lower floor room on two occasions despite having made the requests with plenty of notice. I requested a lower floor because my wife and I had traveled form overseas on long flights and had heavy luggage. The last thing I needed was to have to tote the luggage up to the second floor because there are no elevators. In addition to that, this hotel has a person who either has not been trained in greeting customers and making them feel welcome, or she simply doesn't care. Her affect is dismissive and her inability to properly articulate a point is troubling. I asked specifically if the hotel had a room like the one I chose on the first floor and she said that the hotel did not. I know from my own experience that the hotel does indeed have such a room. I don't understand why this property seems lacking compared to other Sonesta locations. Who is running this place? Lastly, the shower was terrible with little pressure and dated/old fixtures.

Negatives: Rude front desk and no attention to customer. The front desk attendant was on their cell phone talking and wearing headphones both times I had an interaction with them. Loud guest in pool area smoking weed up until 12:30AM when the pool closed at 10PM. No one came around to tell them the rules.

Negatives: No pots or pans. No wash clothes and every time the AC turned on I could smell pot and the mattress not comfortable at all

Negatives: A bit congested, no balcony, it was confusing if it was $100 or $250 deposit, turns out $100. Breakfast had no flavor or variety, shower made a weird sound, chair was a bit dirty with plastic still stuck on it, lighting was weird, need to clean stairs more because I saw cobwebs on the stairs, and trash cans need to be a bit bigger to throw away big pizza boxes. It took too long for it to get cool in the room and vents need to be cleaned. They have to double check their sheets but it was my fault for forgetting to call them to change it. They have a great staff that is ready to help you and fix your problems though. Also, they can help explain everything for you.

Negatives: No smoking rooms. They did not bring you clean towels, toilet paper or even check to see if you needed any or if you wanted your room cleaned or linens changed. You had to go hunt up housekeeping and fend for yourself and many times they didn't have any clean linens or comforters or clean towels available

Negatives: The customer service. Absolute no regards to the issues we were having with the room. First the room was hot when we first walked in. Thermostat showed low battery, called and had it changed. Still nothing. Called again. They vacuumed water out of something then it worked for a while. Getting ready for bed and realized the the room was getting hot again and no air coming through. The filters looked years old with dust cakes on it. Finally had us move rooms, at night when my daughter's just falling asleep, that involves packing and gathering everything up to move. Get to the new room to find no mattress on sofa bed. The bathroom sink was backed up and the water wouldn't go down. It was late by then and we just wanted to go to bed, so we weren't calling again. They put someone in the old room the second night, and she took had to call about the A/C. Then they expected to me wait around at checkout for someone who wasn't on site. I booked this place because my sister liked it and has never had issues. But, I had nothing but issues. I also paid the full price when I first booked it, then the deposit and early check in fee at the time of check in. Then at checkout, I was charged again. I called, and the girl had an attitude and was talking over me so wasn't listening to what I was saying. Then finally gets what I'm saying and says the amount I paid at the time of booking the room is being credited back. So I'm credited that back, but then charged again? I'm confused. Then she leaves me talking to myself to answer her cellphone. Doesn't say, please excuse may I put you on hold, no, just leaves me talking to answer another call. That is the rudest most unprofessional thing you can do. I'm absolutely disappointed and will never book there again.
