House keeping never came to change linens, take the trash out, never vacuumed and the bathroom lights continuously flickered. It felt like someone had slapped a fresh coat of paint and threw on some new shiny fixtures and called it a day. Terrible.

Customer service and staff were nice, and helpful.
Negatives:
The building/ facility looks abandoned and un- maintained , the main entrance to the lobby is hard to find, the rooms are dirty ( the furniture is okay) but unclean, the floors and bathroom caulking needs to be cleaned, feels un-safe, homeless/ unhoused people wonder around the facility. Care, safety, cleaning , and upkeep is needed.

Nothing. They cheated us. Rwfused to aclnowledge our confirmed confirmation scamners beware.
Negatives:
They are scammers. If prepay and then show up they claim you had no confirmatuon. Then when complain that you never showed up!! But our google maps shows our location history right to feont office as does life360 app. Liars liars oants onfire
