Shabby place, many things cry for repair not even talking about basic cleaning and any kind of appeal. Staff not present when you need them. Breakfast hardly eatable (things that might be eatable very quickly out of stock, including coffee).

Homeless people walking around.
I let the lady at the front desk that water was leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom, she was going to let maintenance know they never showed up. So each time I sat in the toilet to use the bathroom I would get drops of water on my head.
