The room was Huge and much nicer than expected for the price. I was honestly disappointed I didn't stay another night. Everything worked. The TV was massive and very nice. Fridge and alarm clock. The bed was massive and comfortable. I would definitely stay again! Good location, right next to freeway entrance and close to the city center.

The price was decent because it was done through booking.com. We were OK with that. We did run into some issues. They took $50 cash the night before but charged our bank account a $189. When we told the staff about the situation, they said all the staff that checks you out would take care of that. At ch3ck out ,Which start to be a total nightmare. Woman in the front desk was totally disrespectful and rude and checked us out said your $ 189 will be refunded. And when we told about the $50 cash that was received the night prior; she was like telling us go away and its refunded on your card..i said buy how can that be it say o. Reciept it was xash ,here,so i say . Wait a minute. So you're ripping us off with the fifty dollars cash ,so I say can I get upper management call them or something that's when she gotta upset and frustrated and called somebody on the phone, and somebody on the phone had to help her ,how to navigate their system through a camera. WhatsApp ? And that's what she found the $50 cash to return to us after all that. Staff woman didn't says sorry for the misunderstanding.or even found it fit ,,to say I apologize for any inconvenience.or nothing of that sort They have the worst staff they can ever possibly meet in this industry.!!!
The beds had blank3st with cigarette burns and carpet was not vacuum...carpet needed a shampoo stains all thru the room..
Breakfast was great ,but people had to ask for milk since ...customers had to ask the front desk for milk since they were on the phone....staff should attentively during Breakfast to keep the guest happy..

JUST THAT I HAD PLACE TO SLEEP TO ARTEND THE CONVENT CENTER NEXT DAY AND RETUEN HOME.
