Positives: The room has a good floorplan, the AC doesn't blow on beds. Room is pretty large, nice and clean. Hotel isn't very old, in a good conditions.
Negatives: Younger guys of reception were OK, pretty open and supportive. But older indian lady wasn't really supportive. She tried to ignore simple questions. Maybe she thinks she's too important to deal with customers, and her role is to manage younger guys instead. But standing by reception desk and ignoring customers, or keeping them waiting with no visible reason wasn't great.
The hotel is OK to...
Positives: good location good price
Positives: Nothing about it was good they weren't even there to check in with the hotel.was closed had no guests ended up having to book at another hotel the night we arrived
Positives: Staff is great and friendly, the rooms are exquisite. The refrigerators are like new, microwaves like new, beautifully clean.
Negatives: Well it's going to be a lot better once it's finished but it's in the process right now of becoming even better than it already is amazing.
Positives: Customer service AWESOME. Whitney was so personable and happy and just amazing...checked us in and informed us of new management working on issues and if there was anything we needed to let them know. Fidel helped us hook up our roku since the cable wasnt working and brought extra towels with a smile. We decided to stay another night and Ingrid checked us out and back in .. she was very informative and super nice. Martha the morning housekeeper was just happy and even said hello. Making big changes and we can tell. Loved our stay as always. Thank you again.
Negatives: The TV didn't work but the internet did so that was perfect since we travel with our roku always.
Love small towns hotels that...
Positives: Close to the Canyon Coaster and snow tubing. The restaurant was nice! They compensated for the televisions not working. The price was fair.
Negatives: Hard bed, no blankets available, no television, water damage on the roof in 2 areas, no peep hole so someone could see into our room.

Negatives: I paid for an upgraded bed and room, but the room wasn't that clean and the beds weren't that comfortable or new.
