Room is not cleaned everyday and this wasnt disclosed in hotel room description. Moreover, it wasnt disclosed during checkin. Very dishonest to customers.

Bathroom was filthy and actually had something black growing under the soap dish. Fixtures were beat up. The bed was much like a marshmallow, the pillows were too soft, breakfast was cold and tasteless.

The pictures of the breakfast is not what they had. There was not a waffle iron as shown.
Also the only eggs they had came with cheese inside them and I cant eat cheese.
our room was not the one we reserved. We reserved a room with a full sweet. It only had a queen bed and there was supposed to be a queen, plus a fold out sleeper couch and an area for dining. Also the air in our room was very sticky- and the television was way to small for that room and it wasnt installed in a convenient space. The person laying on the opposite of the bed from the tv could not see it over the person on the side
