it was gross and dirty. The shower had mold and hair all over it. the sheets had not been changed, there was food and hair in the sheets. the floor and night stand were sticky. over all gross.

No pool or hot tub operating. Ice machine broken on our floor. No hot water on our first morning. Promised but did not get discount.

A bit run down! And, ok, I get that you don't change sheets and towels daily, but could you empty the ONE waste basket in the room and clean the bathroom daily????

It is convenient to the fairgrounds, which is where our event was held. Our room was perfect as we had our twin grandchildren along. Staff was friendly.
Negatives:
It could be cleaned just a bit better. The breakfast person did NOT want to be at work and the simple breakfast showed it. It needs to be refurbished.

understaffed and dirty had to change rooms. then the 2 nd room tv not working phone not working. tub didnt drain. tan out of hot breakfast at 7:30. the cook had to double as a driver for the shuffle.
