Everything was outdated; the jacuzzi tub was out of order, the hotel was so close to the interstate the road noise was very loud. They didn’t mind charging me for the night despite me only staying about 10 mins.

It was the worse... the building wasn’t clean at all just neat the carpets were so gross it just didn’t make any sense and my room let just say I should have slept in my car if it wasn’t so cold. The furniture was worn out and nasty the bedding had all kinds of stains and holes. It just wasn’t worth the money spend.

Its fair for the price and location. We didn’t have any problems. They don’t charge extra for pets which is awesome.

The room was clean and quiet, and very restful.
The staff was friendly and it was overall a very enjoyable experience.
The staff was complying with pandemic requirements, so breakfast wasn't an option - but I'd prefer to see that over places pretending it didn't exist.
Negatives:
There was a lamp in the room with a severed cord.
The TV did not function well, requiring me to stand within 3 feet of the cable box in order for the remote to function.
The RFID keycard to unlock the door was not as reliable or powerful as some of the other places I have stayed, requiring multiple attempts to unlock the door.

The service told to pay a 100 deposit and I would get back instead they charged me the whole 165. And when asked about it they system was down. They never refund my money , but my bank did. And got police called on me for asking about my money.

Blood spots on pillows, floor tiles were completely peeled up from water damage, water damage on the ceiling. Just felt unclean after seeing these things.

I liked the room, was comfy and not too loud. Location is far enough off the highway.
Negatives:
I didn’t like the crazy $250.00 deposit that was charged to me. I had to call and get it reimbursed. The room wasn’t anywhere near that price so I truly don’t understand that at all. It’s enough to keep me from returning.

I didnt get to reserve a room till 230 am so i was very tired ,already fustrated with the staffing from booking.com for over booking my stay at another motel. Red roof was quick to accomadate me, get me straight into a room. Upon which i find a roach crawling around in my bathroom sink. I was unable to exterminate the rodent for it crawled back into the whole in th sink. Of course i call the front desk and he offers to refund my money at no extra cost on my part but no other facilities were available at that moment. This now being after 3am i am very sleepy and dont want to full with it any longer so i agree to just stay. I understand all places have their quirks but to find a roach.
