I love the breakfast and the lady who was preparing it was super nice. The rooms also were clean and loved that it was a suite. The chaise couch was amazing.
Negative: I chose this particular Hotel because of the beautiful pictures of the pool. We got a way for a weekend stay and just wanted to relax all afternoon by the pool, but to our dismay, DID NOT GET TO, because the pool was down. It would have been nice if this would have been stated online when we made our booking.

The couch bed was broken, I called the front desk, they didn't have anyone to come fix it, couldn't move us to a different room. At checkout I told them I would like credited some money and they did nothing. They also charged me 45$ more dollars than what I had reserved it for. Customer service sucked will not stay there again.
