Positives:
The staff was very outgoing and courteous, the room was clean and good use of space to where it didn't seem crowded. Also liked the fact that not just anyone can walk in the side doors without a key card.
Negatives:
The wind at the outside smoking areas. Might help to put out a potted bush or wind break for those areas .

The hotel Hallway smelled great. I also liked How close it was to town. I also really enjoyed their shower as it stays hot for awhile. That's probably it on things I like.
Negatives:
Thought the staff at the front desk could've been a little friendlier but other than that no complaints. Room also smelled musky. Like cigarettes.

The husband and wife team that works the desk was the reason we were returning guests for the second time. They are amazing and has incredible customer service.
Negatives:
We got zero sleep the room above us moved furniture around all night long. Literally. We complained throughout the night from 12am-5am. Other guests had complained as well. I was there for work in the area and had to work the next day with 1 hour of sleep. The front desk could not figure out what guest was making the noise, even though we had told them multiple times it was directly above us. The next morning we could hear the maids moving the furniture back where it goes and could also hear them talking about what went on up there and what the guest had done. Nothing was resolved and we were not offered a discount or compensation for getting no sleep.
We truly love staying there but honestly, this last time was so bad i don't know if i want to return. Not being offered a comp room for next time really put a bad mark on the place! Owners were present that morning as well and said nothing to the issue. Would love to stay again and hope for a better result but only of its either compensated or at a discounted price. I wont pay to come back.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Have stayed before and knew it was a nice place for a reasonable price.
Negatives:
Need to get glitch fix when reserving room online thru bookings.com. Got charged twice for same one night stay, one by bookings.com and one by Days Inn itself, but management at hotel got the one charge reversed. Shouldn't have been charged twice in the first place. Recommend call hotel directly next time.
