I booked a pet friendly room, once I arrived no one acknowledged or informed me I needed to pay an extra $75 for my pet. Once I checked out the next day they billed me $199.85 for the room (room rate of $159.85+$40 deposit) and an additional 159.85 for a "pet fee" said I didn't pay the $75 night before so I was charged extra cause they found out?! I booked pet friendly room paid extra $40 deposit so the whole ordeal cost me right at $360 for a $160 room was charged extra $200 for a pet that was supposed to be $75!?! They ripped me off and won't even think of making it right?
