Absolutely poor water pressure for the shower. The faucet had better pressure so I had to use a cup in order to shower. The floor was lifting in the bathroom especially near the toilet, so could be signs of a leak. The room had a smell to it which could be mold due to the floor in the bathroom. I had to request for a hairdryer and since there was a kitchenette I had to ask the front desk for cups, silverware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, or plates. Which was inconvenient to me when I would arrive late in the evening and have to go to the front desk for items. WiFi was a hit or miss. Breakfast was a joke only coffee muffins and granola bars nothing more.

We enjoyed the bigger sized fridge and I can see how traveling with a family would benefit from having a cooking capability. The location was very pleasing. The front desk staff was very welcoming.
Negatives:
I’m not crazy about being video taped upon check-in or check out. It feels like a breach of privacy. I do not enjoy being photographed.

Breakfast was sad, it was the bare minimum, small packaged muffins and granola bars, there were bananas. Dark roast coffee was out, and when asked, the coffee that was brought out was cold.
Negatives:
For the most part it was a place to stay, the shower had very low pressure and the air-conditioning did not work, lucky it wasn't very hot, but it was a bit uncomfortable. On Booking.com, I had requested a handicap room, I'm a disabled Desert Storm Veteran and the front desk said that none were available, but I had other people in our group that came later and a handicapped room was offered to them and don't know why, because neither one of them were handicapped.

The room was very sparse. One garbage can....really? The bathtub needs refinishing...it was cracked and peeling. One thin bedspread. I can't remember the last time I had to ask for a hairdryer. Although I liked the floor without carpet it was dirty.
