Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. room was extremely dirty, pillow cases,sink ,bed, and bathtub full of hairs. The back frame of the bed with dirty marks floors look like haven’t been mopped ! Our towels were dirty with makeup stains and yellow stains and ALSO HAIRS

The front desk staff was not attentive or helpful. My original room had items left from the people before us. The shower was dirty and the bathtub spout was sticking out of the wall. Was moved to another room that also had items left behind from people before us. The staff wasn’t listening to the issue and wouldn’t even look at me as I was talking to them. By the end I just walked out with my young kids who were exhausted by this point.
