My experience at The Anaheim Hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived we were given excellent customer service from both Christopher and Orlando. The security in the parking lot always greeted us as well as the front desk staff. Candy the manager was also very helpful and friendly. The hotel has many amenities including a gym, pool, and an on-site restaurant. The hotel store was a major plus for us, it was well stocked with many necessities. The rooms were slightly dated but very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable! I have stayed at almost every Disney good neighbor hotel and this has been my favorite so far. I will definitely be back for future stays!

The hotel is conveniently located near the convention center and even provides a shuttle service, which was very helpful. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was always friendly and responsive to our needs.
Negatives:
We experienced constant issues with our room key failing every time we tried to use it. The staff mentioned that this was normal due to an outdated system—they should definitely consider updating it.
The paid breakfast is offered by the pizza restaurant in the hotel, but it’s very limited and overpriced—not worth it in my opinion. Additionally, the gym is quite small and doesn’t accommodate the number of guests the hotel can hold.

TOOK TOTAL PAYMENT WHEN BOOKED. WHEN CALLED TO CANCEL THE FIRST NIGHT ONLY 3 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL WAS TOLD I CAN BUT NO REFUND. IT WAS VERY HARD TO GET AHOLD OF BOOKING.COM AS WELL.

The hvac in the room didn’t get the room cool enough. The room was dated, no extras. We were supposed to get an upgraded room and were on the ground floor next to the stairwell with a view of the parking lot. Employees claimed this was an upgrade. Would not stay here again.

Best thing about the hotel...
Positives:
The location was incredibly close to Disneyland - which is why I picked it. It was spacious and the beds were comfy. The property also has really nice outdoor areas that can be utilised.
Negatives:
The bathrooms are a little old - still completely functional and amenities provided. Also the room had one central light, close to the entrance. So I relied on the lamps around the room. Again not an issue, just something I noted.
