Bathroom smelled like number 2 which seeped through whole room. Neither one of the tv remotes worked properly, could only turn on, select stations in one direction and volume control. None of the other features worked, kept getting error or channel not avail. Very frustrating

Room was clean. Breakfast options were amazing. Food service was great as well.
Negatives:
We arrived at 3:30 for a 4:00 check-in. The room was not ready until 4:10. I know 10 minutes isnt too bad, but we had reservations for 4:45 and every minute counted based on being able to check in at 4:00 at the latest.

The only thing we didnt care for was the blanket in the closet was very dusty.

7th floor had an AC on making the rooms super cold that you could sleep. You weren’t able to turn off that AC was automatically. That part didn’t like it at all.

Called in the morning was told early check in available at 230, we arrived at 250, was told we would have to wait for check in at 4. I have three kids and would not have arrived early in order to wait. At 4pm they said the room would not be ready for 40 minutes, we were checked in at 430, and given two water bottles as apology(2 water bottles for 5 guests, makes sense)
