The location was close to where we were going. Most of the staff were very nice.

There was a homeless person with his shopping cart right in front of the entrance late at night. The doggie area was not kept clean. There was urine from a dog that I watched pee in the lobby from Friday night to su day morning. We stayed one night and ended up staying with family the second night then checked out a day early.

This location was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen in my life. Dog pee and poop in the elevator and room. Dust in all the vents in my room. Pee on the floor in my room. People doing drugs in front of hotel. Ice cold shower water wouldn’t warm up.

They canceled my reservation without letting me know and I had to find a different hotel to spend the night at 12 am, I had also called the hotel earlier in the day to inform them that I would be arriving at 12am and they didn’t even bother to tell me that they had cancelled my reservation. I found out about the cancellation as soon as I got there, it was a very horrible experience.
