Negatives:
The rooms were horrible, the shower was chipped and looked broken, the rooms had king singles not doubles and our stove did not work and took 2hrs for someone to come fix it and I was supposed to get a free upgrade but was told they were renovating and could not give me one, a few hrs later when passing through reception I heard someone checking in and they were getting a room for the upgrade I should have received, when I asked they told me those rooms were all booked out
