Positives:
Front desk and any other workers in the hotel were awesome! Bell hops, shuttle drivers, starbucks, the ice cream shop, the bar. Everyone was knowledgeable, personable, and happy. Room was clean. Size was just fine. Shuttle to and from Disneyland is always on time and runs very smoothly. Will be back!
Negatives:
Our neighbors were up with screaming/crying kids til almost 1 am. However - the hotel did send someone up twice to try to quiet them down. Not the hotels fault our neighbors had kids up that late.

The location, the amenities and the room were all excellent. The shower in particular was great. I am very glad I chose this hotel for this leg of my trip.
Negatives:
Doors were awful at blocking sound, so people being loud in corridors or adjacent rooms was very disruptive.

I cannot complain about anything in this hotel - the location was fantastic, the room was spacious and super clean and the selection at breakfast was excellent.
Negatives:
I would think that for this price the car park fee should be included in the price.
