I loved that it is close to everything. I also loved the staff, they were very helpful and kind.
Negatives:
The airconditioning in the room was horrible, you were not able to shut it off. I also did not care for the dirty carpet in the hallways, it really made the hotel look run down (which it wasn't).

Not worth the price I paid. Needs improvement. While sitting on the sofas and chairs something was crawling and biting us. Charges for parking although no where shows while booking there is a parking charge. Won't tell you about parking until check in

The staff was not very friendly. Breakfast staff was very slow to help with restocking food during breakfast. Desk staff was rude when help was needed and never Responded to my request for help.

The Heated pool and its close to Disneyland . The rooms were very spacious and the cleaning staff did a great job! Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating

Clean room and decent location for the price. Most front desk staff did their job and much more. Housekeeping was great and very kind whenever encountered. Location is a trek after a long day on your feet but not a terrible walk. Parking not included

TERRIBLE. staff was incompetent. Couldnt even tell us where our room was! shower head was covered in hair!!The sink faucet had so much soap/cleaning products on it , water came out bubbling. You got a soapy cup of water. Only given 1/2 roll TP , no coffe
