Positives:
We really enjoyed our stay in the King/Twin Family Suite which allowed for plenty of space for our family of five. The room was quiet and comfortable; we did not hear other guests from our room. Having a kitchen was great and we loved the breakfast each morning which had a great variety and different hot options each day. The breakfast staff was always cleaning and greeting guests and seating was plentiful. The staff was all friendly and helpful--greeting us when we passed by the desk and in the halls. They offered quick responses when we asked for assistance and went above and beyond to make our stay a great one. Housekeeping did an excellent job on the every-other-day service. We loved the large patio seating area, hot tub, and pool. The location for a Disneyland trip was great--about a 10-minute drive to the parking garage. We tend to be picky hotel guests and were so pleased with our stay. We will definitely stay here again!
Negatives:
The main bedroom with a King had a loud furnace. Maintenance did come to make some repairs which helped but didn't really reduce the noise. We were offered another room which we appreciated but we decided not to switch rooms as we liked our view and location.

we loved every thing. the room was spacious and allowed privacy for myself and my husband with the entire front room for the kids. the kitchen was awesome and we loved the breakfast. Excellent stay

Positives:
The rooms were spacious, we got the king size kids room. The bed was comfortable, kids room was great, kitchen fully stocked and the living room comfortable. We didn’t. Need the sofa bed but nice to have the option. I had a water issue the first night, they fixed it and compensated by removing parking payment. Also the light in the vanity burnt out, they were prompt for changing it. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, the kitchen staff was very nice and accommodating to gluten free products. All fresh tasty and an abundance of options. Will definitely be returning here!!!
Negatives:
The water pressure wasn’t so strong in the shower but next time I’ll stay in a lower level room and it won’t be a problem.
