Everything was great! Very clean, wonderful staff. Very close walk to Disneyland which is the reason for our stay.

Our room was next to the elevator and you could hear everything from the halls as they got closer. I would just try to make sure the room isn’t near there next time.

Location, secure parking and room layout. Staff was courteous.
Negatives:
The hallways were warm and humid with many large stains on the wall paper of the room floors. The room heat/air only seems to work on one side leaving a big difference in temperature between the sides. We didn’t appreciate no housekeeping service for 2 days in a row even after multiple complaints and promises of follow through. It was inexcusable for me to have to go buy my own garbage bags to collect towels, recycling and rubbish because they didn’t come.

The rooms should have safes in them. The pool is so small it feels like a tub. Can’t swim a lap or even share it with another few people without feeling like you’re on each other’s laps.
