I paid for a junior suite. I wasn’t give one, instead I was given a standard room with two queen beds instead of a suite one king bed. it wasn’t until AFTER I had gone into the room and let the receptionist up front know that the room was not what I paid for. She then tried to tell me that it would be more if I wanted that room I had already booked online here in the app and that there was no rooms of that kind available since they’re renovating. I would’ve liked to known this BEFORE I had checked in as a common courtesy not after I get upstairs expecting the room I paid for already. I found an ant in bed as well. The TV remote did not work on the volume or page button, only on the on and off button. So my Tv was blaring loud when I was watching TV at night. I also had to consistently go downstairs to the lobby to rescan my cards when they should’ve worked right from the beginning for two days and when I asked to re-do the cards one of the receptionist was acting as if it was an inconvenience on her for me to ask her to renew the cards.

Staff was extremely rude and didn’t communicate. Won’t be going back. When we first got there, there was a sign that said back in 10 min. They weren’t I had to call. I asked for a late checkout, awesome they said yes at 1pm and then 3 people came to the door, the 1st an hour before 11 Am checkout. The second apparently because they don’t communicate and the 3rd was the lady I spoke to on the phone who gave me a late checkout who banged on my door yelling front desk telling me it was time to checkout at around noon.
