Location was perfect for our intended stay. Beds were comfy.
Negatives:
Check in gal was less than cordial. Toilet didn't work. We let the staff know but nothing was done and they did not contact us to let us know they would or would not be able to fix it. Broken our entire stay! The breakfast was mediocre at best. Floors in the entrance were terribly dirty. Garbage's around the facility and entrances were full and overflowing the entire time. I was told the hotel was a non-smoking facility but there were people smoking in the hotel in several rooms.

Overall staff could provide better service, 4/10 at best in terms of customer service and friendliness.
The room has a foul odor and housekeeping do not provide regular service despite I was there for a whole week. The COVID excuse is so 3 years ago!! The entire hotel could use an upgrade. Only reason I chose it was due to the proximity to my work.
