My block out curtain wasn’t working so I had to stay the whole day and making really uncomfortable to sleep at night, with the window uncover letting all the light in during the day and some light at night and having the sun shine waking me up too early in the morning I ask for a request they didn’t change me room since they didn’t have nun. Not comfortable but okay reason, the problem was when I left my room and I came back a couple hours later at night; the right switch light wasn’t working neither. leaving me with minimum white lighting and having to use the lamps at night. I had stay in this hotel before with friends and family and never had problems, the sad part is that we used this hotel to reserve the block for our church event's now I will be having second thoughts on going with this hotel

Absolutely Nothing. Only saving grace is a nice Mexican restaurant next door.

Where do I start. Whoever owns that property should either sell it or get the manager out. The staff lied. We waited 4 hours for a room that was pre-booked, request made in advance (traveling with small dog) and needed 1st floor. Desk told us they would have a room ready in an hour. Fine. Went back. Not ready. 1/2 hour. Went back no room. We just traveled for 5 hours and no room with plenty of excuses why. Employees blaming each other. Front desk horrible. Rooms horrible for the price. Just left a best western from the south and it was 5 stars compared to this place. Very unhappy staff. Terrible place. Don’t waste your money.
