It was a nice safe location, we had some concerns when we got off the freeway! We didnt interact much with the staff, but they seemed nice enough. The room was almost great, except for the pullout couch bed.
Negatives:
The pullout couch bed was apparently broken. We tried to pull it out, because thats where the kids werent meant to sleep - but it was actually zip tied shut! It was very late and we were super tired so it wasnt great.

The bed was really uncomfortable. The bed needed more pillows and blankets. I felt like one was a bed skirt and the other was a table cloth.
