Room was infested with roaches. All the front desk agents were very rude no customer service skills at all. They refused to give me a second room key. When I booked my reservation a booked an accesible room 2 beds non smoking ground label since I’m 63 yrs old traveling with one of my grandsons which is only 6 yrs old. Well the room had a microwave and refrigerator and they charged me extra for that during all my stayed they never cleaned my room. I used to chased them for fresh towels and fresh linen. I even bought a broom and a map to do it on my own. They said they have a policy that says I’m allowed to 1 room key only. All worked all my life in the hospitality industry and never heard that. But all well there’s absolutely nothing I can do. I ll be more than happy if they refunded my money that they been charging extra for the microwave and the refrigerator. From 10/17-10/24 the refrigerator didn’t work. But they still charged me and this last reservation they charged about 39.00 xtra for microwave and refrigerator. I don’t think it’s fare cause I bought poison for the roaches I have asthma and it’s imposible to breathe with all this roaches in the room and I bought all cleaning supplies as well. I can’t risk my 6 yrs old grandson and my self to get sick.
