Positives:
Clean, quiet location.
Negatives:
The tv, it was really small & I couldn’t work out the channels. Coffee was horrible. The entrance & exit was bad.. I was so confused about how to exit the property due to arrows pointing only one way.

Very good
Positives:
Easy access from 99, ground floor access was appreciated.
Negatives:
It was quite noisy until the rain started, boom box and chatter until late at night.
The breakfast was a joke, a cold cinnamon roll or cold cereal. They should not advertise free breakfast.
Review
Ok for one night.
Positives:
Close to stores
Negatives:
Many broken things in the room, lamp, desk, bed head board, blow dryer and the shower head. The front desk told me they price match then I see on my credit card they charged almost double the amount. Then we go to check out and have to wait 5 days for deposit then on 5th day they say there not giving the deposit because of the broken headboard which was broke when we got there I even took pictures that they didn’t care to even acknowledge . I don’t recommend and will never stay there again

Not worth the money or...
Positives:
A perfect place for an overnight stay when travelling through. Had a queen room with two beds and room was bigger than expected and bathroom facilities good. A little run down but still served its purpose for us. Close to freeway and restaurants so perfect transit stop.
Negatives:
Not major issues for us. Breakfast was only coffee so advertising free breakfast is a stretch.
