Absolutely nothing, we had to ask for a refund there’s no way we could have stayed their with our children.
Negatives:
They gave us a room that smelled like mop water, bugs flying around, instantly we told our kids to walk out of the room, sink was cracked, walls were broken. When we asked for another room, she gave us a new key card to a room that was never cleaned, trash in trash can, bed undone, and old key cards on tables. That’s when I told them there’s no way we can stay there. Still have not received refund had to book somewhere else last minute.

The area was ghetto, people walking around and yelling on the phone you could hear everything. Photos didn’t match the room, the lady at the front desk was rude to me when i told her i wanted to leave. The bathroom was dirty and there was hairs & stains on the bed

The front desk staff were rude and disrespectful, the front desk lady got my ID and asked me if this was me in the picture then started laughing. Once she was done checking me in she basically threw my card and ID at me instead of handing them to me.

Easy to check in no hassle. Made it easy to pay for (before or at the property) and deposit cash or card and if u r starting more than 1 night or more then 1 stay they allow u to roll over the deposit and if checking back in within 24hrs they will hold ur deposit so no hold on funds on my card
