The breakfast was good and fresh. Location next to the airport is a big plus.

This was our third stay at the Hampton Inn, Burbank. We chose the king suite and found the room to be small and not cleaned prior to our stay. The bathroom tub was broken and couldn't hold water and then as we were looking at the bathtub there was a roach traveling through the bathroom, very gross. Disappointing, to say the least, after a long travel day. Went to the front desk and told the clerk who stared blankly without offering a solution or apology. As a long time Hilton Honors member I did expect a call from the manager but this again did not happen. I could go on but why bother. Expected better from a Hilton property.

The room was clean with a comfortable bed and shower. Also an extra lounge chair which was great. Another nice thing was that all the lights had their own light switches so that they can be adjusted separately rather than just one switch with all lights connected!! Parking was available but it was an extra $25 for valet parking which was easier than driving down in to the very narrow garage....but expensive on top of a pretty expensive room.
