The property is close to the BART transit and airport, and a great midway point if you have to travel across the Bay Area. The pool is underused and was wonderful. The rooms are large, spacious, comfortable, clean, with a big desk area to work from. Will definitely stay here next time I’m in SF!

Positives:
Location, minimal noise, friendly staff. The repairman who came to room to fix TV was excellent. Needs a pat on back! Shuttle service was timely and a good driver.
Negatives:
No night lite and bathroom lights too bright to use as a small night lite. As senior citizens and getting up often, it would be nice to have a little lite just to see path to bathroom. Needed a welcome informational note on things like how to do WiFi on phone, electronics, etc. was confusing. Also TV didn’t work (no signal) and couldn’t figure out how to call main desk with room phone so had to do thru my phone and googling. At 9 pm that was not a good way to start visit in hotel.
