Negatives: Trash all over the property homeless people outside the cops came too the property people smoking Marijuana outside also people sleeping in there cars old cars were outside that didn't work one person was fixing there car outside like it was a mechanic shop it was terrible

Negatives: no shampoo, no hair dryer, full kitchen with not one thing in the broken cupboards.

Negatives: Could not even get a room.

Negatives: noise from freeway

Negatives: Roaches

Negatives: there was roaches my key card for it working got them fixed and they gave us the wrong room numbers on the key card so I had to go back down to get it fixed again

Negatives: We arrived to the property and were told our room had not been paid for yet. I had the conformation and charge on my phone showing it was confirmed and paid for. They continued to argue that I had to pay for the room again. After about an hour going back and fourth they finally checked us into a room. Not to mention this employee was not wearing Hotel attire, in fact he was wearing a shirt that said “40’s and Shorties”. There was no manager on site and the employee kept stating he didn’t know what he was doing. At around 5:00 AM we were woken up by a man in our room that was not wearing hotel attire. He stated he found one of our room keys in the lobby. This didn’t make any sense considering I had both copy’s of the keys made, sitting on the night stand. The man continued to stand at the door explaining why he was entering our room. The hotel never acknowledged that this was an issue all we received was an insincere “I’m sorry”. Later that morning we received two different calls from the front desk reminding us to leave our room before 11:00 AM. This was hands down one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. No one should ever have access to someone else’s hotel room and be able to walk in at any given time.

Negatives: weed smell across the property, even inside the room.. on top of that air conditioning didn’t work in the room , it’s blowing dry air.

Negatives: From the elevator to the hallways and the non-smoking rooms smelled like cigarette/marijuana. The room seemed clean as you walk in but you open the cabinets and dead roaches are everywhere. The beds are tiny, maybe twin size. The windows wouldn’t close and I called the front desk several times and no answer. We had a room on the freeway side so it was very difficult to sleep with noise and constant smell of people smoking everywhere. They do not serve breakfast, you can pick up a muffin, granola bar and coffee, that’s it!
