I was charged twice and my child unfortunately seen something she shouldn't have seen during our stay. We arrived pretty late and left early but paid a totalof $500 for one night of just sleeping. Booking charged me full price of $230.00 online when I made the reservation as the motel charged me over that price for $260.00 the same night when I checked in. It took me over an hour to settle all of this over the phone with booking.com customer service and the hotel lobby manager & front desk lady who by the way went out of their way to help me get my money returned to me. I was promised a full refund and never seen a penny. Still waiting for some kind of response from someone???

What I didn’t like about the property was that the price that they’re asking for and how dingy the floors and some of the furniture wise I felt like the price was way overly priced

Pool was only open from 9am to 9 pm. It was 115 degrees and the pool was not shaded. We would have used it before 9 in the morning or after the sun went down but it was not open then.
