the room was large and clean.
Negatives:
Safety. I checked in at around 5:00 pm and given a room that was already issued to another customer. It wasn’t apparent because the customer had checked in and left to sleep at a relative’s home. Then I get a loud knock and noise that someone was trying to enter my room at 6:00 AM. I thought that someone was breaking into the room.

Cockroaches, I have a picture before they ran under the desk.
Check-in wasn’t until 3 PM. We arrived at 2:10 to check in. Concierge said check-in wasn’t until 3 PM. So we sat in the lobby until check-in. We noticed other people were checking in way before 3 PM. We were waiting in the lobby and they didn’t inform us at any point that a room was ready. Didn’t feel very fair. Floor was dirty and felt sticky.
