We needed an iron, no iron in the room. The phone didn't work, i Called front desk with my phone. I was told they had to look for an iron, make sure they didn't loan it out. No one ever brought an iron.

The room was not cleaned as there was leftover pizza slices in microwave from last tenant that used room before us. The tv volume did not work so it was loud all night as we asked for help but never received any. There was a cockroach on the wall that was alive, then to top it all off there was no hot water to shower with.
