Positives: The receptionist was very friendly and nice. Check in was easy.

Negatives: The walls were very thin, I could hear the connecting room very clear. The breakfast isn’t really a breakfast but a coffe and some packaged pastries. The main reason I’m upset, I forgot my $120 philips toothbrush and called so many times to ask about it. First they said the lady left and she didn’t bring anything to the front desk, call us tomorrow to check when she’s back. I called again, they said that’s another lady working today call tomorrow again. I called again next day they said they asked her and she didn’t find anything. I’m 100% sure I left it on the sink, and they found it.

Negatives: This place is a freak show after midnight. Multiple sets of room keys did not work. Located next to Hooters with vape and weed smells all over the property. We actually left and went somewhere else. Semi-traumatic for my teen girl with homeless scoping our door. Super-ewe!

Positives: The breakfast was horrible no hot coffee

Negatives: There were a bunch of trash outside and homeless people everywhere the cops came and knocked on the door for some welfare check that we knew nothing about that was too the wrong room obviously and they overcharged our credit card for 250 for no reason at all there was a bag on the fire detector holes in the walls and it smelled like rotten food had been left in the fridge that barely worked.
